In this one-time class, you will learn a burlesque-style chair dance in the comfort of your home! Great for exploring your sensuality while toning your muscles and gaining flexibility.
This class is led by a certified pole dance instructor and is open to all genders.
Lesson structure:
- A warm-up to prevent injury
- An introduction to chair-based burlesque moves
- A short dance combination
- A cool-down to prevent soreness
