Description

We are going to go over the basic process of law making at the state level. I have over 8 years of lobbying work, including training citizen lobbyist in several different states.

In this class we are going to go over the three primary ways laws are created.

First class:
The process of getting a measure on the ballot for voting by citizens History, successes and failures.

Second class:
The process of how bills are introduced and travel through state legislation.

Third class:
The process and general rules for a Governor/Mayor/County Emergency Measures.

The primary things shared during the class will be my PowerPoints, discussion, and YouTube videos.
