“Staring at the blank page before you/Open up the dirty window/Let the sun illuminate the words that you could not find” Natasha Bedingfield “Unwritten”

This song has called to my heart since I was a teenager. What is meant to go on that blank page in front of me? What is the piece of me that is so illusive?

At the risk of sounding cliche, I’ve been on a lifelong journey to find myself.

Here’s my demographic info - I’m 33 years old, mom of a tween, divorced, ENGAGED (yay!), BS in Communication, Virtual Assistant by day, bookworm by night. I have 4 years of online teaching and coaching experience, plus 2 years of in person workshop facilitation. Teaching is my calling.

But we all know there’s so much more to us than the titles and roles we fill, as important as those may be.

I’m also a writer, blogger, dreamer, breaker of cages, builder of connections, learner and creator.

My life has led me on a wild adventure through breaking free of codependency and the pull of a narcissist. Through understanding the importance of boundaries. Believe me, I could go on for pages here, but in summary: I’ve spent hours in therapy and reading books and relearning how I relate to the world.

This has resulted in discovering a love and affinity for sharing what I’ve learned about self development and mental wellness with the world. This is my mission. I can’t keep what I’ve learned to myself.

Then, through starting and developing a blog and brand I gained a wide breadth of technical knowledge including Wordpress, email campaigns, social media management and more. Now I can share my assistant skills with clients who align with my values. It’s truly the alignment of job + career I’ve always craved.

I’m not a medical professional. I’m not a licensed therapist. What I am is a fellow traveler who is further along the road and wants to share what I’ve learned so maybe it will smooth your way, like a guide. You still have to travel the distance, but here’s a helping hand.

I can't wait to meet you!
