Hi! I'm Annie Frazier. I run Brave One Yoga- a trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness resource for children, adults and families. I also teach ukulele, online ESL and consider myself a community organizer.
I've been practicing yoga for 15 years- it has been a transformative influence in my life and been a source of strength and healing as I've navigated my own journey with mental health, chronic pain, and learning to be the best, fullest version of myself. I love helping others get brave with yoga!
When I'm not teaching I can most often be found running around in the woods with my sweet dog Lily, or playing music around a campfire, with one of my bands, or on a street corner somewhere.
